A video that demonstrates the beauty of Windlight and many of Project Factory, Gary Hayes’s builds is being showcased in the machinima section, on Second Life’s main site. The Linden Lab site often receives more traffic than XBox or PS3 sites and has generated over 21 000 views in ten days of this relaxing and poignant film. It coincides with the Second Life client now having Windlight (a realistic light rendering engine) included in all versions.

The slow fluid motion in the film was achieved using Connexion3D’s Space Navigator and the music is improvised in one take on piano and guitar by Gary also. The film is in the video section of this site but also embedded below for your enjoyment.
