The Project Factory is pleased to announce the launch of the Bondi Rescue game. The game brings to life the sun, sand and surf of Australia’s iconic Bondi Beach.

It’s a busy summer’s day on Australia’s iconic Bondi Beach. The sun is out, the water is warm and everyone wants to dive into the ocean to get wet.

As a lifeguard, you know that the inviting water can become dangerous in the blink of an eye. It is your job to keep all the swimmers within the red and yellow safety flags. If they drift outside of the zone, they could be taken off by a rip, or hit by a surfer.

As the day progresses, the swell increases and you need to be on full alert making sure you’ve got your eye on all the swimmers. Oh, and watch out for the occasional shark and the legendary Bondi giant octopus.

The game has been developed simultaneously for iPhone and web, and is the first project to be released as a result of the joint venture with the award-winning television production company, Cordell Jigsaw.  The joint venture was established in late 2009 to create transmedia and multiplatform projects.
