We are at the centre of a creative hub of individuals and small boutique agencies that we bring together to provide specific skillsets for productions - much like the movie or television industry. The team below are all skilled project managers, creatives and producers and this allows us to tailor-make our productions for you at off-the-shelf prices.

	Annette Parry	Annette runs the operations for The Project Factory, making sure that all the cogs work seamlessly together and that you get the project delivered on time, with the right resources, to budget and with the team smiling as the project develops. Annette has worked in the telecommunications and new media industry for over 10 years has proven experience in defining and delivering new media commercial models and of managing and launching complex technology projects.
	Gary Hayes	Creative Director and builder of virtual worlds, specialising in engaging cross-media & game spaces for TPF and mixed-reality services for The Format Factory. Gary was creating cross-media in early 90s and was then Senior Development Producer at BBC New Media for 8 years getting many world firsts to participant audiences. He was an interactive TV producer in the US and now also runs a cutting edge innovation lab in Australia.
	Ben Zemcevicius	Ben develops our 3D graphical work, using multiple technologies to deliver the best possible results for our productions. Ben’s ability to combine design skills with cutting-edge technologies into simple user experiences allow for some of the best and most innovative projects to be developed smoothly and at a top level of quality.
